Positioning
Nike wanted to grow kid's sport. We helped them do it through a brand vision and positioning that inspired new thinking in product, comms, and community, driving double-digit business growth along the way.
Expanding the strategy into retail
Once the positioning was defined, we co-created EMEA retail experience for the next generation of kid athletes as part of the brand’s major retail expansion plans. We did it by hosting a series of innovation sprints to define opportunity spaces and prototyped concepts with key stakeholders from brand, retail and CRM.
Prototyping future kids sports experiences
With brand positioning and retail defined, we shifted to exploring innovative concepts for the future of kids sport experience. Rooted in mobile play, we developed and validated play concepts to take on the movement crisis and free kids from one dimensional screen play.
